Welcome to Seneca Hill’s Five-Paw Resort

Seneca Hill Animal Resort & Spa in Great Falls, VA

Since opening its doors more than a decade ago, Seneca Hill has been the premier place for boarding in the Washington Metropolitan Area. We’ve been rated by Washington Consumers’ Checkbook’s “Vets’ Favorites,” and repeatedly named one of the “BEST” places for boarding in the Washingtonian. Seneca Hill is the perfect home-away-from-home for pets. The resort offers luxury accommodations at competitive prices, with specially designed health and safety features. Our professional staff is dedicated to making your dog or cat feel pampered and relaxed.

Our hosts help every canine guest enjoy four daily walks and a daily play session of at least half an hour in the outdoor exercise yards—complete with play equipment and real grass (we also have indoor playrooms in case of inclement weather). Our feline guests also enjoy daily play sessions and exercise periods in the new cat playroom with cat trees, easy chairs, and big window views of the outside.

Caring for All Your Pet’s Needs

At Seneca Hill, there are no additional charges for walks, administering medication, play periods, or custom diets, and all our resort hosts and supervisors are attentive to owner’ special requests.

Our guests are treated to top-of-the line dry and wet food diets. We offer Purina EN dry and Prescription Diet i/d wet food for our dog patients. We offer Purina EN wet food for our cat patients, which is a low-residue diet specifically selected by Seneca Hill’s medical director for use in the resort. In addition to being very palatable, it is especially suited for sensitive stomachs.

The resort is particularly focused on any special needs your pet may have, and our supervisors are specifically trained in medication administration. In the event of a medical emergency, there is an AAHA-accredited full-service veterinary hospital on the premises.

While they’re visiting the resort, all our guests are invited to enjoy our spa amenities, including the Vanity Fur Salon. Our canine guests are also invited to enjoy an energizing swim at the Seneca Hill Aquatic Center.
