No one ever wants an emergency situation with a pet, but if it happens, this team provides excellent and efficient care. You can call ahead to get your pet on the queue. The vet spoke with me at length and discussed possibilities so we could determine a treatment plan for my girl. She gave additional medications to be on the safe side and cover any contingent infections, and one of the medications is helping her feel better. She helped me get an ultrasound appointment asap, so hopefully we will soon know more and develop a long term plan going forward. Also all the helpers at the front desk are knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and understand the stress and worries of a pet parent going through medical challenges.

Amazing experience with them last week with my sisters dog Loki! Receptionist on the phone was so nice the techs were amazing and quick. Doctor was great as well! Thank you for all you do!

The doctors are great! They saved my daughters dog who surely would have died and in one visit helped my dog who struggled for over 5 yrs with belly issues get the answers my previous vet didn’t even try to get to the reason for it. Also so blessed to have an emergency vet 24/7 so close !!

Three times I have had to use the vets ER. It’s reassuring that the hospital is open 24/7. Because we use Quakertown vets for regular care, vaccines and well checkups we are not charged the ER fees. My older lab was recently found to have heart failure. Due to the vet finding it when he was there for another reason, led to Alex getting early treatment. They have every specialist one could need. Frosty our German shepherd puppy was found to have a GI infection and treated. I can always get an appointment fairly quickly. The staff are great, understanding, very competent and knowledgeable. They take the time to care for my boys and answer my questions so I can make an educated informed decision caring for them.

Very caring. Understands all the needs of small dogs.

my best friend and I came to Quakertown Vet Clinic from 1.5hrs away for an emergency with her bearded dragon. after calling place after place with dead ends, Quakertown was the only one willing to take her and treat her. from the moment of speaking on the phone to leaving at the end of the night, every staff member was so professional, kind, and compassionate. Dr. Heidi Free treated Beardy and communicated with us clearly about everything that could be going on. She is truly one of the most knowledgeable and informative veterinarians I have ever met, and we are so thankful she was able to help in such a stressful situation. there are not enough kind words for Quakertown Vet!

I've been coming here from when the original owner vets were here. There's always a vet/vets available on holidays, overnight, weekends...sooo handy for emergencies and off hour availability...
